This one, you may have already heard about. Last week, [Hillary Clinton commented](http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/05/01/clinton-s-off-reservation-remark-angers-native-americans-forces-twitter-response.html) that she had dealt with many men who had "gone off the reservation." She has since apologized. So, why, is this comment offensive? One more point: Cultural appropriation, the adoption or use of elements of one culture by members of a different culture, has been a hot topic lately and covers everything from [clothing lines selling headdresses](http://www.today.com/style/free-people-accused-appropriating-native-american-culture-festival-line-t85821) to [makeup product lines](http://www.refinery29.com/2016/04/108902/mac-vibe-tribe-cultural-appropriation-controversy).
